Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit den Fischkapseln 😊 Geschmacklich komplett neutral und vor allem super leicht zu schlucken. Ich nehme sie jetzt regelmäßig und habe das Gefühl, dass meine Haut schöner geworden ist und ich mich auch etwas energiegeladener fühle. Nehme seit geraumer Zeit Omega 3 Kapseln und habe mir jetzt auch das Kollagen Produkt gekauft. Kann nur feststellen dass ich mich mit den Produkten sehr gut fühle.Das ist für mich das wichtigste und entscheidendste. Bin 82 Jahre alt und noch gesund und fit.
Somon kollajeniyle tanışarak hayatımda yaşadığım olumlu değişim ve üstün yararlanımdan yola çıkarak Omega 3'ü de kullanma kararı aldım. Omega 3'ün yararları hakkında hepimizin bildiklerini tekrarlamayacağım ancak Ballstad kalitesi ile farkı yaşamanızı önermekten de kaçınmayacağım. Mein Schlaf hat sich wesentlich verbessert aber noch wichtiger ist mir dass meine Blutwerte HDL sich sehr erhöht haben,das bedeutet wiederum das ein leicht erhöhter LDL Wert kompensiert wird.Ich bin kein Medizner kann nur ein allgemeines Wohlbefinden feststellen und das ist mir wichtig.

Odd Roar Olsen; He was born and raised in a small fishing village called Ballstad in northern Norway. This village is located on a small island that is included in the island team Lofoten, 200 km above the arctic circle, and with a population of about 1000 people, it has been fishing as its main lifestyle for thousands of years and has been making its income from here. He had to work for everything and deserve it.
Thanks to this upbringing, the belief that only hard work and perseverance brings good results in life was formed. It was a beautiful yet challenging experience. However, after working for a while and being outside Norway, he realized that his body and mind were not functioning at their best. While investigating the cause, he realized that his diet at the time did not contain enough fish and omega-3s. Growing up with omega-3s as part of her lifestyle, it was just as normal to use olive oil in Mediterranean countries. The lack of omega-3 in my diet was affecting performance.
